Thank you for shopping with Eira Fabric.

Order Processing

All fabric is custom cut after an order is placed. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. or Turkish public holidays.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States. All orders are shipped from Türkiye (Turkey).

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order and delivery address. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery to the United States typically takes 3–8 business days after shipment, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout. Including the 2–5 business day processing and custom-cutting period, your order may take approximately 5–13 business days to arrive.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

Because orders are shipped internationally from Türkiye, they may be subject to U.S. customs duties, import taxes, carrier processing charges, or other fees.

Unless expressly included at checkout, any applicable duties, taxes, or import-related fees are the customer’s responsibility and may be collected by the shipping carrier or customs authority before delivery. Eira Fabric does not control or determine these charges.

Shipping Address

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package is significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at eirafabric1@gmail.com within seven days.

For damaged packages, please include clear photographs of the packaging and products. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
